Things couldn’t be
going better at Canterbury with the club flying high in second spot
after five straight wins. There was a belief a few weeks back that the
Bulldogs couldn’t be a premiership contender because they had yet to
defeat any of the genuine top sides. Their last start 20-4 romp of
runaway league leaders Melbourne extinguished any of those doubts. The
Bulldogs have won three of the last four between the two clubs.
